Civil Disobedience

There's a very simple easy solution for this tragedy situation in Vietnam unless the Vietnamese people are not willing to deeply understand this is actually their problem and not others. They have to face the fact of the matter!

The only Civil Disobedience method will become a sacred duty when the country becomes lawless or corrupt as a way Saint Mahatma Gandhi applied to gain successfully the independence to his India country.
